Most of our custom residences fall between the mid six figures and just over one million, with the lot priced separately when you build with us in one of our communities. Pricing depends on square footage, site work, and finish level, and we give you honest numbers early rather than a figure that changes later.

Within reason, yes. We will always walk you through the cost and schedule impact before anything moves forward.

Yes. Every home carries a one year warranty on workmanship and finishes, two years on mechanical systems such as plumbing, electrical, and HVAC, and ten years on major structural elements. Manufacturer warranties on appliances and equipment pass to you at closing.
